i don’t usually read playboy… lord knows i get my fill of the bimbos next door on E! but i’ll be picking up a copy this month… apparently, there’s a bunch of cocktail recipes, all of which have dreamed up by some very creative cocktailians…
heff has been kind enough to tease us with Eben Klemm’s cocktail recipe online… which uses beets and molecular mixolgy–definitely worth checking out.
