stop drunk driving, build a bar next door

it’s not enough that a good builder consider the curb appeal, market value, environmental impact, feng shui and structural soundness of each house they put up. now they must, or let’s say SHOULD, also consider party appeal. modern developers are incorporating proximity to neighbor’s houses as a factor in their building and zoning plans. going as far as to include a centrally located gathering place in each neighborhood, and to increase the width of each porch to accomodate potential partiers in the planning process. all in an effort to cut down on the chance of a drunk driver plowing into one’s kitchen, some builders are wisely considering this new element. read all about it on fermentarium.

This really is such a smart thing to do. It’s very irritating to me how no one wants a bar in their neighborhood, but people in their neighborhood want to drink. So you have to drive across town to get a drink and then you get people who stupidly decide they want to drive home.
Being able to walk/get carried from a nearby bar is a much better alternative.
