get your eco-cocktail game on
my motto is, better late than never, right? well, here we go again… i stumbled out from under my blogging rock, and what to my wondering eyes should appear - but an eco-cocktail competiton. eco whore that i am, i just had to spread the word. for those of you that work best under pressure, this one’s for you! come up with an incredibly inventive and mouth-whetting libational masterpiece by aug 31st and be entered to win a trip to san fran for the “square off.” grand prize is a pro bar set. your tantalizing tipple must contain at least 75% organic ingredients by volume, so keep that in mind and hit the farmer’s market. the peeps over at square one vodka don’t mess around, don’t go making any 3 oz martinis folks, we’re goin’ for the whole pitcher! this competition is open to anyone… never mixed a drink? throw some stuff in a pitcher and see how it tastes. amateurs are welcome.

I’d love to do this. I seem to live in the Land of the Farmer’s Market, so there should be plenty of produce options. There’s the tiniest sliver of a chance that I can think of something by the deadline, but probably I’ll just have to miss the competition and work on an eco-cocktail for its own sake.
